DO YOU OFFER TICKETS THAT DOESN'T INCLUDE DRINKS?

The main attraction is the show, all our tickets include drinks, either from the regular or premium menu depending on the type of ticket you choose. We also have bottle service and VIP tables.

WHAT'S THE DRESS CODE TO ENTER THE CLUB?

We don’t have a dress code, but the people who visit us choose their best outfit to go out to party.

CAN I ENTER THE CLUB WITH A MINOR IF I GUARANTEE THAT THIS PERSON WILL BE UNDER MY SUPERVISION?

No. The law in Mexico and Punta Cana dictates that each person must prove with an official identification that they are over 18 years before entering the place. There are special events when children and adolescents are welcome, we invite you to check the available dates at the following email address: tickets@cocobongo.com or on our social networks.

CAN I ENTER THE NIGHTCLUB WITH A DIGITAL CAMERA?

Yes. Small cameras and cell phones are welcome. Professional filming or for commercial purposes require a special authorization that must be requested at least 72 hours in advance to the following email: tickets@cocobongo.com

CAN I ENTER WITH MEDICATIONS FOR PERSONAL USE?

Prescription drugs can enter after a registration process. If you suffer from a respiratory or cardiac condition, we recommend that you contact us before your visit at the following email: tickets@cocobongo.com

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A REGULAR TICKET AND A GOLD MEMBER TICKET?

The Regular ticket gives you the right of admission to enjoy the show and includes national drinks and a snack. We have a common area for regular tickets, from your place you can order drinks with our waiters or simply walk to the nearest bar. The GOLD MEMBER and FRONT ROW tickets have access to a special area with limited space and you can enjoy drinks from the premium menu. The GOLD MEMBER area is located on the upper level of the room with a preferential view of the show. FRONT ROW is on the same level but the seats are in the front row.

CAN I BUY A TICKET FOR ANOTHER PERSON USING MY CREDIT / DEBIT CARD?

It's not possible. We don’t deliver the tickets to someone other than the cardholder, therefore, we require that the cardholder assists and show an official ID with photo, the same card used to make the payment and the electronic confirmation of the purchase of your tickets. Once the validation process is done, we can deliver the tickets. These measures are for your own security and prevent others from committing any kind of illegal action with your banking information.

IF AFTER MAKING THE PURCHASE OF TICKETS I WISH TO CHANGE THE DATE, WILL THE TICKET PURCHASED STILL BE VALID FOR THE DATE I WANT TO GO?

Yes, although it’s necessary to check availability in advance and according to the night of your visit it could be subject to an additional charge. For more information send us an email to tickets@cocobongo.com

I ALREADY BOUGHT MY TICKETS BUT I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND AND I DON'T WANT TO GO TO COCO BONGO, CAN I REQUEST A REFUND FOR THE VALUE PAID?

Cancellations or refunds are not accepted, only date changes with prior request. If you already have your tickets, visit us! We are sure that you will enjoy our shows.

WHICH COCO BONGO SHOULD I GO TO: CANCUN, PLAYA DEL CARMEN OR PUNTA CANA?

The 3 have everything in common: the quality of the show, the incomparable energy of the party that characterizes us and the attention of our staff. Whatever option you choose you will be surprised every minute, we recommend choosing the Coco Bongo that’s closest to your destination.

DO YOU HAVE TRANSPORTATION?

We only have transportation included in some hotels in Playa del Carmen / Riviera Maya and Punta Cana. Once you make your purchase online, a link will appear in the confirmation email to book transportation until 4:00 pm on the day of the show. In Cancun we do not have transportation, but you can get there without problem by bus or taxi.
